Oreo Brownies With Oreo Buttercream Icing

In the words of Rachael Ray...Yum-O!!

This is completely easy and quite tasty!  The icing is very rich...Just put a thin layer on top!


You Will Need~

~a box of your favorite brownie mix
~about 4 oreos crushed

Buttercream Icing:

~2 cups powdered sugar
~2 Tablespoons heavy cream
~4 Tablespoons of butter, room temp
~about 3 oreos crushed


                                            OREO BUTTERCREAM ICING!!

Mix brownies according to box instructions.  Fold in oreo cookies.  For icing, mix powdered sugar and butter..slowly adding in heavy cream.  Beat with mixer until light and fluffy.  Fold in oreos.   Wait for brownies to cool and spread icing on top.
